About the Position

    • Pays $12 an hour plus bonuses
    • Up to 40 Hrs / Week

 

Responsibilities

    • Grow the top of our sales funnel
    • Prospect for new business via existing prospecting methods such as email marketing, networking, and cold calling
    • Develop new methods for prospecting
    • Set goal numbers for number of meetings set, while working alongside our Sales Team
    • Conduct demonstrations of our Go Commando app

 

Requirements

    • One year of experience in sales
    • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
    • Ability to come up with and execute on new ideas
    • Passion, commitment, and desire to stay ahead of the competition (you hate to lose)

About the Position

    • Base + Commission Salesperson
    • Full-Time
    • Student Marketing/Advertising Industry
    • Does not manage others
    • 5-7 years in similar role

 

Responsibility

This self-motivated & charismatic individual will prospect for new business, conduct sales calls, solicit referral business, & be responsible for growing sales & adding profitable revenue to the company.

 

Duties

Our successful Salesperson will be responsible for:
    • Company sales (profitable revenue)
    • Prospecting for new sales appointments (self-generated leads)
    • Conducting sales calls (appointments)
    • Asking the appropriate qualifying questions
    • Setting expectations
    • Asking for referrals
    • Tracking sales activities (calls, appointments, next steps, etc.)
    • Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge & procedures
    • Maintaining the highest quality of customer / client service in all communication

 

Hours

This is a full time base + commission sales position.

 

Qualifications

Our successful Salesperson will have these qualifications:
    • Passion, commitment, & desire to be the best
    • Competitive (hate to lose)
    • Proven, demonstrable track record in sales & in leadership skills (six figured commission hit before)
    • Previous experience selling in a competitive environment
    • Friendly & strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, & company partners (vendors)
    • Understand & comply with the federal, state, & local regulations including but not limited to ethical practices

 

Experience – Training – Education:

    • 5 to 7+ years of experience (industry preferred)
    • Excel, word, power point, etc.
